GENERAL TERMS
The following terms apply to the use of our website and placing an order online or via our Sales Team over the phone. Please note that purchasing item(s) at a physical location may be subject to different terms. By default, all terms and conditions outlined here will apply to online and distance-selling orders unless otherwise specified. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

All orders placed online or through our Sales Team are classified as online orders. Therefore, all communication regarding such orders will be conducted online. This ensures:

  1. Any team member can access and review the history of a transaction or query.
  2. There is a written record to protect both parties and prevent misunderstandings.

Please note that Consumer Contract Regulations only apply if the goods have not been custom-made to your specification, made to order, or if you have not visited us in person.

PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are over 18 years of age.
  • All the information provided, including your name, payment details, addresses, and contact numbers, is genuine and accurate.

Any incorrect information may result in delays, order cancellation, or additional costs (e.g., if the delivery address is incorrect).

  • After placing an order online, you will receive an automatic confirmation email (‘Sales Order Confirmation’) acknowledging receipt of your order and payment. This email is an acknowledgment only and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
  • Your purchase contract is finalized once we send you an email confirming that your order has been processed, put into production, or dispatched.
  • We may perform payment security checks to prevent fraud. If you fail these checks, we will contact you for additional information to confirm your identity.

Placing an order with Je Vogue Ltd forms a legally binding contract once processed. Your statutory rights, including cancellation rights, remain unaffected.

Je Vogue Ltd endeavors to ensure that prices are accurate at the time of publishing and that all products are described fairly. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

  • If we have insufficient stock or the product has been discontinued by the supplier.
  • If the payment transaction is not authorized or does not pass security checks.
